As the marketing department for G.J. Gardner Homes, we won the prestigious 2009 HIA CSR Victorian Marketing Award.

The awards held on November 6 at Crown’s Palladium Ballroom, recognize excellence in housing.
The awards were announced before a crowd of 800 industry leaders from across Victoria.

Judged by industry professionals, the awards acknowledge the talent of designers, builders and building companies who construct quality new housing.

Based on the theme “get the facts upfront”, the campaign alerts potential new home purchases to the pitfalls that can occur when they don’t read the small print or fully investigate every aspect of purchasing a property.

A series of print, TV and radio advertisements designed by OutscourceMyMarketing.com.au explores issues such as “no gimmicks or giveaways” and encourages people to get a $500 soil test before paying a deposit or signing any contract.

Under the “we have nothing to hide” slogan Outsource My Marketing has produced a free booklet: “Get the Facts Upfront.”

The catalogue was complimented with a full in-store point of sale to dress it up and create to create excitement and colour.
