Each year we enter our business into a customer survey called “The Australian Achiever Awards”.
It’s a great way to see how our clients rate us on a number of levels from:
- Addressing Clients Needs
- Care and Attention
- Value
- Attitude
- Communication
- Time Related Services and
- Overall Perception
The Awards program staff, conduct one on one phone feedback with a number of clients.
Here is some of the wonderful feedback we received:
