Melbourne’s Population Set to grow by 1300 people per week!

By 2026, Melbourne will need 284,000 new homes to cope with a population of 5 million people.

The Victorian government has announced maor changes to planning that may affect people who buy and sell alnd in the growth areas of Casey, Carinda, Melton, Caroline Springs, Hume, Mitchell, Whittelsea and Wyndham

If your are planning to buy, sell, or subdivide land, you need to ensure that you are of whether its being considered for inclusion. There could be and extra cost to you under the new  Growth Areas Infrastructure Contribution (GAIC)
