GJ Gardner Homes is a builder that specialises in residential custom-built homes.

The custom built-home market is a competitive one, and GJ Gardner wanted to promote a new range of 2 story homes called the "Skyward range".

The commercial begins by highlighting the mundane aspects of owning a typical single-story home, and invites the viewer to "take a breath of fresh air" and consider a "skyward" home.

To keep the price down, we created the commercial using some clever motion graphics - saving our client the cost of a film shoot.
